These terms apply to every quote and project with KECHART Production. The quote you receive may add specific conditions; where it does, the quote takes precedence.
Scope
These terms govern the photography, video and related services provided by KECHART Production, operated by [Legal company name] (RC [number], ICE [number]), Rue Kbour Chou, Centre de Formation et de Qualification aux Métiers de l'Artisanat, Marrakech 40000, Morocco (“we”), to its clients (“you”).
Quotes & booking
- Every project is quoted individually. A quote is valid for [30] days.
- A date is reserved once you have accepted the quote in writing (email or WhatsApp) and paid the deposit.
- The quote describes the deliverables, the number of shooting days and any travel included.
Prices & payment
- A deposit of [50]% is due to confirm the booking; the balance is due [before delivery / on the shoot day].
- Prices are in [MAD / EUR] and [include / exclude] VAT.
- Payment by bank transfer [or other accepted methods]. Files are delivered once the balance is paid.
Changes & cancellation
- A shoot can be moved once at no cost if you tell us at least [14] days in advance, subject to availability.
- If you cancel, the deposit is kept to cover the reserved date and preparation work.
- If we cannot attend for a reason beyond our control (illness, extreme weather, authority restrictions), we offer a new date or refund the amounts paid for the service not delivered.
- Outdoor and aerial shots depend on weather and permits; when they are not possible we agree on an alternative together.
The shoot
- You make sure we have access to the locations and that the necessary permissions are in place, unless the quote says we handle them.
- You are responsible for obtaining the consent of guests, staff or models who appear, unless we provide the talent.
- Additional hours or deliverables requested on the day are billed at the rates in the quote.
Delivery & revisions
- Delivery times are those stated in the quote, counted from the shoot or from receipt of all required material.
- [One] round of revisions on films is included; further changes are quoted separately.
- Files are delivered through a download link that stays available for [30] days. Please keep your own backup.
- Raw, unedited footage and photos are not delivered unless agreed in the quote.
Copyright & usage rights
KECHART Production remains the author of the photos and films. Once paid in full, you receive the right to use the delivered content for the purposes, channels and duration stated in the quote — by default, unlimited use on your own website, social media and printed material. Resale, sublicensing or use by third parties requires our written agreement.
Use in our portfolio
We may show a selection of the work in our portfolio and on our social media, unless you ask us not to in writing before the shoot. For weddings and private events, we never publish images you ask us to keep private.
Liability
We take great care of every project and back up files during production. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our control.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of disagreement we will first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts of Marrakech will have jurisdiction. Questions? Write to contact@kechartproduction.com.
